Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information WageNexus collects, why, and what we do with it. WageNexus is a service of TecAspire LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (“we”, “us”).
What we collect
- When you contact us: your name, work email, company name, employee-count range, the states you operate in, whether you hire remotely, what you need, and anything you write in your message.
- When you become a client: the company facts you give us to work out which laws apply (for example headcount by state, office locations and remote-hiring policy), your job postings and any files you upload, and your billing contact.
- Technical information: your IP address and basic request data, used to protect our forms from abuse and to keep the service running.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and provide the services you request.
- To determine which pay transparency laws may apply to your company and to check your job postings against them.
- To send you reports, briefs and alerts you have signed up for, and to invoice you.
- To prevent spam and misuse of our forms.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Who processes it for us
We use a small number of service providers to run WageNexus: website and application hosting, a database provider, an email delivery provider, a captcha provider that protects our contact form, and an AI model provider that reads the text of job postings so that our rules engine can check them. These providers process information only to provide their services to us. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not become clients: for as long as needed to follow up, and then deleted on request or when no longer needed.
- Client files and uploaded postings: deleted 12 months after you stop being a client, unless the law requires us to keep them longer.
- Invoices and billing records: as long as tax and accounting rules require.
Security
Client files are kept in private storage, and access to client information is limited to our staff. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect the information you give us.
Cookies and browser storage
Our website stores your light or dark theme choice in your browser. The captcha on our contact form may set its own cookies to tell people from automated spam. We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are read; it sets its own cookies, and the IP address is shortened before storage. You can block it with your browser settings or Google's opt-out add-on (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout). We do not use advertising cookies and do not sell your information.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing info@wagenexus.com. If the law where you live gives you additional privacy rights, contact us at the same address and we will respond as that law requires.
Children
WageNexus is a business service. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
